Where we ship
We ship within the United States only for now, from our workshop in Pennsylvania.
When your order ships
We pack and ship orders every Mon & Thu. An order placed on a ship day goes out on the next one. When your order leaves, we email you a tracking link. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship.
Cost
Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, and free on orders of $32.00 or more. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Heat
Sheba is made with coconut wax, which softens in the heat. If your stick arrives soft, put it in the fridge for 15 minutes. If it arrives melted or damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it.
Lost or late packages
If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, or a package shows delivered but you don't have it, write to support@trysheba.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
