Opened sticks
Deodorant is a personal care product, so we can't take back a stick once it's been opened. The exception is below: if it irritates your skin, we refund you.
Unopened sticks
Changed your mind? Return unopened sticks within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the price of the sticks. Email support@trysheba.com first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake.
Damaged or melted on arrival
Email support@trysheba.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Skin irritation
We recommend a patch test before regular use. If Sheba irritates your skin, stop using it and email support@trysheba.com. We'll refund your purchase, even if the stick is opened. We'll ask a few questions (which scent, when you bought it, what happened) so we can record it and trace the batch.
Bought at an event
The same policy applies to sticks bought in person. Card payments are refunded to the card; cash purchases are refunded in cash or by a method we agree on.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
